Physio-led strength & balance · women over 50
Together We Move is a live online class for women over 50. Three mornings a week you train along with Hannah, building the strength and steadiness that keep you doing the things you love.
Join a live Zoom class from your own front room, without a gym or a drive in sight.
Hannah is a physio, so every session challenges you, safely, at your level.
A friendly group, all in the same boat, with nobody half your age around.
From midlife, strength fades by around 15% a decade, with no warning signs. Then one day the stairs feel steeper. It isn’t age catching up with you overnight. It’s biology, and it happens to all of us.
Older adults who exercise regularly, especially with exercise that challenges their balance, have about a quarter fewer falls. Muscle and balance come back, and your bones are better protected, whether you start at 55 or at 75.
That’s what Together We Move is. Three mornings a week, a Chartered Physiotherapist leading every class, with an easier and a harder option for every exercise, all live on Zoom.

What you get each week

Train with Hannah in real time, guided move by move, three mornings a week from your front room.

Can’t always make it live? Every session is recorded, so you can train along whenever it suits you.

Every exercise has an easier and a harder option, so it is always challenging and never beyond you. You progress; nobody is left behind.

Stay on after class to talk through how it went. If a movement felt tricky, Hannah will show you an easier, more supported way next time.
That’s €15 a week. Billed monthly after your free week. Cancel anytime.
Nobody starts strength training for the training. You start it for moments like these, the ones this kind of work is known to give back.
Usually first
The stairs stop being something you think about.
A few weeks in
Up off the floor without pulling on the furniture.
Sooner than you’d think
The shopping comes in from the car in one trip.
Quietly, over time
Steadier on kerbs, steps and uneven ground.
On class mornings
More energy for the rest of the day.
The one that sneaks up
Tuesday mornings become something you look forward to.
Before you decide
Maybe it’s an old injury, a health condition, or just years since you last exercised. You don’t have to work that out alone. Leave your number and Hannah will be in touch for a proper chat about whether the class is right for you, with no obligation to join.
What women in the class say it’s really like, and what has changed since they started.
Walking up eighty steps from the beach, I’m not breathless any more. Getting up from the floor, a chair or the car is no problem. You have made a positive change to my life and I love it.
Hannah’s online class feels like you’re in the room with her. She gives clear instructions and repeats them, which is great. Sets me up for the day!
Six weeks in and I can’t believe how good the experience has been: fitter, more supple, more energised and so much more confident. Hannah’s enthusiasm is infectious.
It’s the best thing I’ve done for my overall health in a long time. Doing it online is what brings me back each time: no getting dressed, no travelling. It’s what makes the 8.30 start possible.
I really appreciate that these are physio-led classes, especially with an osteoporosis diagnosis. There’s so much mixed messaging about what you should and shouldn’t do. I feel stronger, and pleased I’m doing all I can for my bones.
Leave your name and number. Hannah will be in touch by WhatsApp or phone, usually within a day or two, to book a quick call and get you set up. No payment now, no pressure.
It’s Hannah who gets in touch. No call centre, no sales team.
Hannah will be in touch by WhatsApp or phone, usually within a day or two, to find a good time for a short, friendly call. On that call she’ll ask what you’re hoping to get back, answer any worries, and set you up with the link for your first class. If it turns out the class isn’t for you, that’s completely fine, and we won’t keep ringing you.
Yes. It’s built for women coming back to movement, and it works just as well if you’re already fit and want more of a challenge. Hannah shows an easier and a harder option for every exercise, so you work at your own level and build up at your own pace. This is real strength and balance work, built to make you genuinely stronger.
Honestly, no. A little floor space and a sturdy chair to hold for support is plenty. If you already have a few bits at home, great: Hannah will show you how to put them to good use. If you have nothing, you’ll get just as much from the class.
Classes run live on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, 8.30–9.30am Irish time. They’re live on Zoom, so you join from home with a simple link you click before each one. Not comfortable with video calls? Tell Hannah on your call and she’ll help you get set up.
Every class is recorded, so if you can’t make it live you can train along whenever it suits. That said, joining in real time is part of what makes the group work, so we’d still nudge you to come live when you can.
Because Hannah is a Chartered Physiotherapist, she can suggest safe ways to adapt most movements. Do tell her what you’re managing, and if you’re ever unsure about starting something new, check with your GP first. The classes are general exercise, not personal treatment.
Your first week of classes is completely free. After that it’s €65 a month, which works out at €15 a week, and you can cancel anytime. There’s no notice period.
