Together We Move is a small business run by Hannah, a Chartered Physiotherapist. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the details you give us on this website.

What we collect, and why

The sign-up form asks for two things: your name and your phone number. We use them for one purpose only: so Hannah can call or WhatsApp you about your free week of classes, or for a friendly chat if you asked to talk first. That’s it.

If you ask for our free strength and balance check, we ask for your first name (optional) and email address. The guide opens straight away on the page, and now and then Hannah may email you about the classes. Reply “stop” to any email and we’ll take you off the list and delete your details.

Your consent

We only have your details because you chose to send them. That consent is our lawful basis for holding them (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any time: just tell Hannah, or email us, and we’ll delete your details.

Where your details are kept

Form submissions are stored securely with the services that run this website for us, Netlify and Supabase. Your details are never sold or swapped, and nobody else is given them.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We sometimes advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To know whether those ads work, this site can use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta that sets a cookie. It only runs if you click “Allow” on the cookie banner. It tells Meta that someone visited this site or filled in the form. It does not send Meta your name or phone number.

If you click “No thanks”, nothing from Meta loads at all. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page. Your choice is remembered on your device.

The short video of Hannah is hosted on Vimeo. It only loads from Vimeo when you press play.

Class recordings

If you join the classes, you should know that every live class is recorded, so members who miss one can catch up. The recording focuses on Hannah: her video is pinned for the whole class, and recording stops before the chat at the end. Recordings that show only Hannah may be kept as a long-term class library for members.

If a recording does show or include a member, it is shared only with current members and deleted after 8 weeks. Class recordings are never used for advertising or shared outside the membership. Recording is part of how the classes run, so our lawful basis is providing the service you signed up for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), not consent. You can always keep your camera off, and you’re every bit as welcome either way.

How long we keep your details

Only as long as they’re useful for the purpose you gave them. If you decide the classes aren’t for you, or you ask us to remove you, your details are deleted.

Your rights

  • Ask to see the details we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct them.
  • Ask us to delete them. We will.
  • If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
